Job Description

Job Overview:

Responsible for designing Vistara’s mainline and digital creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate our marketing requirements into designs that are visually enticing and emotionally engaging
  • Determine scope of a design project, in consultation with the in-house mainline and social media teams
  • Develop and contribute towards better UX/UI for website and mobile app
  • Ideate and develop short format video content that is ideal for digital platforms
  • Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, digital campaigns, advertisement materials and videos
  • Review product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement
  • Present designs to internal teams, incorporate changes, and seek approvals
  • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
  • Design emailers and follow a monthly calendar
  • Keep up to date with UX best practices and developments, and pro-actively share knowledge and examples across teams

Skills/Attributes:

  • Must have a prior agency experience in social media design/brand design or digital advertising
  • Must be efficient at visualizing and creatively designing and executing static, animated and video content
  • Knowledge of HTML for emailers and illustration is a definite advantage
  • Ability and knowledge to animate 3D graphics
  • Knowledge of Aviation
  • Familiar with social media platforms- Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience
  • Should have work experience in the design team of a digital advertising agency or a graphic designer/visualiser in a marketing team of a reputed brand

Qualification:

  • Graduate from a recognized university
  • Professional qualification in design and visualising
