Job Responsibilities:

  • Active calling process.
  • Addressing clients’ uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
  • Budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
  • Obtaining and updating lists of individuals’ contact details.

Qualification : At-least 10th or 12th pass and so-on

Job Location : In Office(Onsite)

Job Timing : 9 hrs

Experience : Freshers  and experienced can apply

Skills Required :

  • Good communication skills.
  • Connect and build rapport with your customers and clients.
  • Talking to your customer over the phone and address his issues.
  • Communicating with random strangers over the phone.
